Dillard’s publishes a separate weekly schedule for each location rather than presenting one guaranteed national timetable. Many full-line stores reviewed in Texas, Arizona, Florida, Kansas, and South Carolina currently follow an 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. schedule from Monday through Saturday, with shorter Sunday hours beginning at noon.
That pattern is not shared by every location. Some full-line stores remain open an hour later on Sunday, while stores identified as Clearance Centers commonly use a reduced schedule that includes a Monday closure. Treating the usual full-line pattern as the schedule for a Clearance Center can therefore produce the wrong opening day as well as the wrong time.

Clearance Centers Can Be Closed on Monday
The Clearance Center distinction is especially important for weekday visits. Official listings for locations such as West Oaks Mall in Houston, Desert Sky Mall in Phoenix, and Towne West Square in Wichita currently show the store closed on Monday. Those locations then operate from noon to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and from noon to 6:00 p.m. Sunday.
A nearby full-line Dillard’s may operate on Monday and open earlier during the rest of the week. The words Clearance Center on the location listing therefore affect more than merchandise selection; they identify a store format with a separate operating pattern.
Pickup and Specialty Services Are Listed Store by Store
Individual full-line store pages can include a Services section covering features such as buy-online in-store or curbside pickup, returns, beauty services, bra fitting, custom suiting and tailoring, gift wrapping, jewelry work, and furniture. The exact list is location-specific.
For example, official pages for Baybrook Mall in Friendswood and Scottsdale Fashion Square identify in-store or curbside pickup among their available services. Baybrook Mall also lists furniture, while other locations may show a smaller selection of services. A service appearing at one store does not establish chainwide availability or a separate national service-counter schedule.
The Mall Schedule Is Not the Dillard’s Schedule
Most Dillard’s locations are connected to shopping centers, but the department store’s own listing provides its weekly operating times. A mall may open common areas earlier, close them later, or publish seasonal hours that do not match its anchor stores.
