DG Market and Standard Stores Have Individual Hours
Dollar General’s store finder distinguishes between standard Dollar General stores and DG Market locations. Some store pages may also identify a DG Market/pOpshelf format. These labels describe the location format and available merchandise, but they do not create a guaranteed schedule for every store carrying the same label.
A larger-format store may remain open later than another nearby location, but format alone is not enough to determine its closing time. The individual address page remains the schedule record for both standard stores and DG Market locations.
Pickup and Delivery Availability Uses a Separate Clock
Physical store hours do not automatically define every digital ordering window. Dollar General connects pickup and delivery availability to a selected store or delivery address, and not every store participates in every ordering option.
DG Delivery asks the customer to choose an address, select a serving store and choose an available delivery timeframe. For pickup, the available collection information attached to the order determines when it can be retrieved. For delivery, the selected delivery window controls the order rather than the full span of the store’s operating day.
Services such as fresh produce, AmeriGas, Rug Doctor, alcohol sales and FedEx appear only on participating location pages. A nearby store without the corresponding service listing should not be assumed to provide the same option simply because its operating hours are similar.
